Churchill recognised for Service Excellence by JLL

We were delighted to receive the Service Excellence Award at the recent JLL PPO Conference, held on 28 November. Presented by Jordan Jeffrey, JLL’s Head of Property and Asset Management UK, the award signifies the dedication and exceptional performance of our teams working across 90 JLL sites nationwide.

Among over 20 service partners, only four awards were presented across key categories – Excellence, Compatibility, Collaboration, and Innovation. It was our commitment to consistent high quality service that earned us the win.

The Service Excellence winner was selected by JLL, based on a number of factors, including KPI scores, monthly reporting, planned preventative and reactive maintenance works, as well as overall service delivery.

Natasha Needham, our JLL relationship director, said: ”This award was so unexpected, but it is such an honour to receive. It truly reflects the hard work and dedication of our teams to deliver great service and the fantastic partnership we’ve developed with JLL over the years. To be recognised in this way is a milestone for us.”
