We currently deliver services to over 80 shopping centres, retail parks and other retail destinations around the UK. From shopping destinations like Meadowhall in Sheffield, to mixed retail/commercial settings like St Pancras International Railway Station our services enhance the visitor experience.
We are commonly contracted through the managing agents responsible for the property portfolios and we may deliver other services in addition to cleaning.
High footfall retail environments keep us on our toes as we manage both planned and reactive cleaning requirements seven days a week, all year round.
Our cleaners operate in and outside of operating hours to help keep retail spaces clean and tidy so that customers and visitors feel welcome.
We differentiate ourselves not only in service delivery, but also in customer experience and the added value we bring to all stakeholders – our cleaners are commonly perceived to be customer service staff and are approached by the publ;ic to give advice and wayfinding support.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is a global professional services and investment management company specialising in real estate. JLL’s UK portfolio consists of various property types including offices, shopping centres, retail and leisure parks, industrial estates and business parks, each requiring different needs and services.
Bellrock Apex – case study
Apex is a shared, multi-let office space in Reading covering approximately 200,000 sq ft, owned by Legal and General and managed by Bellrock and Savills. The site has 28 wings broken into four blocks and at full capacity has around 1,000 building users each day. Acting on behalf of Bellrock, Churchill has been working at Apex since November 2019, servicing the washrooms, plaza, car park and all other communal areas.
