As part of our bathroom cleaning services, we ensure that the washrooms are spotlessly clean. We empty the bins and always top up essentials such as soaps, hand towels, and toilet tissue.
With regards to consumables, we champion sustainably produced products, created with renewable energy and with minimal single-use plastic.
In addition to the actions we carry out directly, we work very closely with PHS to source, install and maintain other equipment, or stock specific consumables, required by our clients, examples include hand driers, hygiene bins and vending machines.
We manage the PHS relationship directly and we have a PHS national account manager supporting our business so that support services are available around the clock. In conjunction with our partner, we are committed to a zero to landfill disposal of all client washroom waste as part of our journey to net zero.
Commercial pest control services
In the course of our cleaning work, we come across situations where pests are causing concern. If your organisation has issues with insects, birds or rodents, we can help.
We don’t claim to be experts, but we do have partners that are. If you need our help, we will contract with a pest control business on your behalf. The advantage of doing this through us is that you benefit from our third-party supplier management. You also get consolidated management information, reporting, and invoicing.
If you don’t have a supplier agreement, working with us is beneficial. You can use our negotiated terms, our scale, and our fast solutions.
Waste management services
Many of our cleaning contracts involve work at large, busy sites that produce high volumes of waste. As our operatives collect rubbish as part of their cleaning regimes, it makes sense that they/Churchill are part of the solution to manage waste in the most responsible way.
Recycling is vital to our ESG mission and our clients’ missions. We help clients collect, store, and transport recyclable materials responsibly and effectively.
Our operation with Network Rail High Speed St. Pancras and the station’s retailers was innovative enough to win us the PFM Partners In Sustainability Large Estates Award in 2021.
To support our waste management initiatives, we have a strategic partnership with Veolia. We can introduce Veolia to your organisation, we will manage the extended relationships, and you will benefit from consolidated management information, reporting and invoicing.
Winter maintenance services
Keeping your spaces safe during winter is a primary concern for facility managers everywhere. Especially when temperatures drop to, or below, freezing. We offer a gritting subscription service. We automatically come to your premises to grit when winter weather is forecast.
