Mould treatment
A mould survey will have informed us of the nature of the problems facing a building, getting the issues resolved is then the next priority.
Where mould and mildew is present, we will spray the affected surfaces with a specialist anti-microbial product that kills the micro-organisms. We will then remove the mould and electrostatically clean the area. The treatment disinfects and deodorises surfaces and leaves rooms smelling clean and fresh.

A space, like a living room or a bathroom can typically be back into service ten minutes after we have finished without the need for the tenant to vacate the premises at all.
All of our work will be photographed and documented for reporting and auditing purposes.
Further support
After a surface has been treated, and as an extra service if required, we can apply paint with anti-mould properties to stop the problems coming back. A client ora tenant can choose from a range of colours, and we will mix into the paint our mould protection product in the correct measurements to help keep mould at bay for the maximum amount of time. Again, we photograph our work and get completion signatures from clients or their tenants.
